    F(x)

    I was wondering if (f+H)(x) would be (4x+x+5)x) if f(x)=4x and h(x) is x+5

    (f+h)(x) = f(x) + h(x). Therefore, given f(x) = 4x and h(x) = x + 5, (f+h)(x) = 4x + x + 5 = 5x + 5.
