    A Function Transformation

Hey all. This is urgent only because I have a test tomorrow and I have a feeling I might get a question like the one that follows that I haven't thought of before... That is:

State the transformation done to the graph, y= f(3/4(x)) ...

So, I know that, if the question was y=f(1/4(x)) then the transformation done to f(x) is a horizontal stretch of 4 but.... 3/4? What is it then? Does the fraction just get inverted (so the answer to my question would be 4/3) ? Or what?

    Thanks in advance guys.

Yes, the transformation stretches x-axis by a factor of 4/3.
