find function

This problem is on a graph. every 2 groups of cordinates forms a different line. The question asks to find the formula for the function (1,6.5), (3, 5.5), (5,7), (7,3) (3,2), (5,2). I never seen anything like this before. I don't even know where to start. The points above are all points on the graph.

Is this perhaps a best fit line problem? Try a linear regression on this data.
