Please help me through this.

For every $\epsilon > 0 \ \mbox{there is a } \delta >0$ $\mbox{such that} \ \mid f(x) - A \mid < \epsilon \ \ \$ $\ \ \ \ \Rightarrow \mid x - a \mid < \delta$

This is delta-epsilon definition, right?
