1. ## Can you help with this maths Question?

PQRS is a square and points E and F are outside the square so that PQE and QRF are equilateral triangles. The size of EQF in degree, is
(A) 60
(B) 90
(C) 120
(D) 150
(E) 180
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Marbles of three differents colors are in a tin and two fifths of the marbles are red, one third are green and the remaining twelve are yellow. the number of marbles in the tin is:

if $x$ is the number of marbles, then
$\frac{2}{5}$ of $x$ are red:
$\frac{1}{3}$ of $x$ are green:
$12$ are yellow:

therefore: $\frac{2}{5}x + \frac{1}{3}x + 12 = x$
solve for $x$..

EDIT: tell us what you got after you're done..
