Find the equation of the line containing the point (-1,4) and perpendicular to the line y= -3/2x - 4

y= 2/3x - 4

Is that it? Or is it y= 2/3x + 4 or something else?

y=(-3/2)x-4 ----> gradient=(-3/2)

perpendicular -----> gradient = 2/3

y=(2/3)x+c
4=(-2/3)+c
c=14/3

y=(2/3)x+(14/3)
