    Find Rectangular,Parametric, and Polar functions for this circle?

    The circle has a center of (-2,3) and radius of 4. Find 3 equations.
    1.rectangular
    2.parametric
    3.polar

    1. Recall the equation of the circle: (x-a)^{2} + (y-b)^{2} = r^{2}
    (a,b) represents the centre of your circle (note the negative signs) and r (not r^{2}) is your radius.

    2. Parametric form is given by: \begin{array}{ll} x = r\cos \theta + a \\ y = r\sin \theta + b \end{array}
