    on the coordinate system below carefully skecth the graph the soultion set of

    y<1/3x^2+2x-5
    3y-4x<=-2
    y<0

    in graphing the first inequality carfully plot and label the vertex of the parabola

    What problem are you having ? I assume that you have no problem with y<0 that is just the region below the x axis.

    for y<1/3x^2+2x-5 first draw the curve y=1/3x^2+2x-5 and the region below the curve represents y<1/3x^2+2x-5 Do you understand why ?

    for 3y-4x<=-2 rewrite this as this as y<=4/3x-2/3 now this a just a region below a line

    Use this visual aid, your solution is the darkest blue area.
