    Graphing function help

    Can someone explain wha is being done to the graph

    y=-2f(x+3)-1

    It has been shifted left 3.
    It has then been stretched vertically by a factor of 2, so where a point was at height a, it is now at height 2a.
    It has then been reflected through the y axis.
    Then the whole graph was moved down by 1.
