x=>1 exists ...
x=<-1 exists asymptotic behavious
-1<x<1 .. becomes a root ... exists

So domain = R

Range... you cant get a positive value as (3)^x > 0 ... note the -3 so reflection in the x....

So range = (-inf,0) or negative R

The domain is the R and the range is the R_-{0}, since f(x)<0 for every x in R.
