## Linear Programming - a constraint

Hi guys, so I'm working on an assignment from class and I think I got most of it, I just need someone to let me know if I'm on the right track. I'm also having trouble with one of the constraints.

The question is as follows:

The school is considering two advertising media for the promotion of a product.

Radio ads cost $600 each, while web ads cost$400 each. The total budget is
\$7,200 per week. Total number of ads placed should be at least 10 with at

least 2 radio ads, and at least 3 web ads. The school wants the number of web

people but not all respond. Each radio ad reaches 6,000 people, 5% of whom
will respond; while each web ad reaches 2,000 people, 25% of whom will
respond. The school wishes to reach as many respondents as possible while
meeting all the constraints stated.

So here is my current solution:

x2 = how many web ads

Objective = 300x1 + 500x2

b/c 6000x0.05 = 300 and 2000x0.25 = 500

Constraints
600x1 + 400x2<=7200 (BUDGET CONSTRAINT)
x1+x2 >= 10 (MIN # OF TOTAL ADS)
