2. log e=?
you mean log to the base 10 here, right?

$\log_{10}e = \frac {\ln e}{\ln 10} = \frac 1{\ln 10}$

now punch that into your calculator.

3. log (base 5) 1=?
$\log_5 1 = 0$

the log of 1 is zero, no matter what the base is

4. log (base 7) 9=?
same as the second one.

$\log_79 = \frac {\log 9}{\log 7} =$ punch it into your calculator and see what you get
