    Factor this Expression

    How does one factor this crazy expression?

    y^4 - (p+q) * y^3 + [p^2*q + p(q^2)]*y minus p^2*q^2

    You want to find roots of the equation. Hint: see what happens if y=p or y=q. Once you find a root or two you can factor using long division.
