    Local Maximums/weirdly worded questions.

I am extremely confused on how this question has been worded, I know that there are two local maximums at -2 & 2 but I don't know what it means by "all local maximum values of h" and "all local values at which h has a local maximum."

I think what they are looking for is where there are local maxima (meaning the x coordinate) and the value of h at these points.

You are right the function has two ;local maxima at -2 and 2 and the value of the function at theses points is 0 and 3 respectively.
