Books to learn pre-calc and trig for a begginner.

Hello, I created this thread to ask what are the "best" books to learn precalculus from scratch.I am your average sophomore of high-school who just wants to spend his summer time learning, and so please, recommend me any good book you feel is appropriate for my 'level'. Also, I would also prefer paperback books than ebooks, but they are also acceptable. One last thing, I want a cheap book as I only have 23 dollars(48 in reality, but are spent in other books,23 remains)am willing to spend the whole 48 if necessary.

Thank you, for those who answered properly.

    Hey pieRsquared.

I've heard good things about this book (but I don't have personal experience with it):

Basic Mathematics: Serge Lang: 9780387967875: Amazon.com: Books
