You have given the point in polar form $(r,\theta)$. Are you supposed to convert to rectangular coordinates?

I really have no idea about the exact meaning of that question.

'That said: $\left( {4, - \frac{\pi }{3}} \right) \equiv \left( {4,2k\pi - \frac{\pi }{3}} \right),~k\in\mathbb{Z}$
