Hello! I got problem solving b and c, would like to have help.

Seriously? (a) was the hard part. (b) just asks you to average two numbers. Can't you do that? We can't do it for you because we don't know what slopes of secant lines you got in (a).

I think they just mean that you should insert the points on a graph and estimate (by looking at) the slope of the line tangent to P.
