    An exemple i dont understand

    An exemple i dont understand-image.jpgHello i understand evrything without the last part where they get (a+b)^2... (Relate to the familiar) i try to understand but i dont get it, i would be glad if some1 could try explain for me.
    edit: idk why My picture become like that... Well, sorry for bad pictures..

    (a+b)^2=a^2+2ab+b^2 = \underbrace{a^2+b^2}_{h^2}+4\cdot \left(\underbrace{\frac12 ab}_{= 25}\right)
