$\displaystyle \left(-2, \frac{1}{25}\right) , \left(-1, \frac{1}{5}\right) , (0,1) , (1,5) , (2,25)$

... connect with a smooth curve

now do the same for $\displaystyle y = 4^{-x}$

fyi, you should make yourself familiar with the general shape of the exponential functions $\displaystyle y = a^x$ and $\displaystyle y = a^{-x}$ , for values of $\displaystyle a > 1$ and for $\displaystyle 0 < a < 1$
