    Originally, y = sqrt(x)

    Original shifted up 2 units:
    (y -2)

    Original shifted 5 units to the left:
    (x +5)

    So, original shifted up 2 units and shifted 5 units to yhe left:
    (y -2) = sqrt(x +5)
    y = sqrt(x+5) +2 --------------answer.
