How do I find the vertical asymptote for log and exp functions? For example, y=log2x and y=3x
im acutally confused, is it possible to have vertical asymptotes for exponential functions??![]()
Log's are not exponential. They are actually the inverse.
Exponential functions do not have vertical asymptotes. The have horizontal asymptotes. Log functions do have vertical asymptotes. I suggest graphing, and looking for an undefined portion.
