# Help reading functions with denominator

For example: $f(x)=\frac{|x-1|}{2-2x}$
$f(x)=\frac{|x-1|}{2-2x}$
Maybe rewrite it as $f(x)=\frac{|1-x|}{2(1-x)}$ then it's easier to see that f(x)=1/2 when 1-x>0 and f(x)=-1/2 when 1-x<0.
