    y= -|f(x )| What do you do first?

    the function is
    y= -|f(x )|
    What would u do first? Reflect on the x-axis, or take the absolute value?

    First reflect the bottom half into the top half. And then reflect everything above below.

    so, just to clarify, i would take the absolute value first, then reflect on the x-axis? thanks.
