Hi, could somebody try to explain what dy/dx means? Is it an actual fraction or what? And why is f'(x) a new function of x? Any other help with differentiation would be appreciated. Thanks!
You most likely do not currently have the knowledge base necessary to understand the answer to these questions (which will lead to considerable frustration and time wasting for both you and the members who may attempt to provide answers). I suggest you go to one of the many, many, many textbooks that teaches calculus and start reading. Perhaps your local library .... Google will also provide the necessary information.
