3^x = x^2

3^x = x^2

look very easy but how do you isolate x in this

my first step was

xln(3)= 2ln(x)

then

x/ln(x) = 2/ln(3)

but what next or is there another way

There is no way to solve this exactly. You'll have to approximate.
