Showing that a function is odd
Show that tan x is an odd function: tan (-x) = - tan x?

Not sure how to do this, help would be much appreciated (Happy)

Of course is $\tan x = \frac{\sin x}{\cos x}$ ... $\sin x$ is an odd function and $\cos x$ an even function... what about the ratio?...

Kind regards

$\chi$ $\sigma$
