# Simultaneous Equations

Simultaneous Equations
Hello there guys,

I am writing a computer program and just need a little a little help with this simultaneous equation.

I have got it down to;

V1=Ix(Rx+Rz)+IyRz
V2=IxRz+Iy(Ry+Rz)

I know the value of V1, V2, Rx, Ry and Rz so i need the mesh equation to solve Ix and Iy.

Any help would be greaty appreciated.

$\left[\begin{array}{cc}(R_x+R_z)&R_z\\R_z&(R_y+R_z)\end{ array}\right] \cdot \left[\begin{array}{cc}I_x\\I_y\end{array}\right] = \left[\begin{array}{cc}V_1\\V_2\end{array}\right]$

$\left[\begin{array}{cc}I_x\\I_y\end{array}\right] = \left[\begin{array}{cc}(R_x+R_z)&R_z\\R_z&(R_y+R_z)\end{ array}\right]^{-1} \cdot \left[\begin{array}{cc}V_1\\V_2\end{array}\right]$
