Say I have two lines: $\displaystyle 9x = 2y = 23$ and $\displaystyle 3x + 7y = -7$ Find the point of intersection, I am stuck, I can't seem to get it right, I just end up with fractions as the answer. How would I do this?

The first "equation" is not a line. And why do you think having fractions would be an incorrect answer?
Thanks Prove It, your response answers a lot for me
