Thread: Point of Intersection problem

Say I have two lines:

Find the point of intersection, I am stuck, I can't seem to get it right, I just end up with fractions as the answer.
How would I do this?

The first "equation" is not a line.

And why do you think having fractions would be an incorrect answer?
