    Thumbs down slope

Find the general form of the equation of the line that passes though (5,1) and has slope 0.
    Okay, so y=mx+b
and m is slope...and the slope is 0.
so if the x-value is 5 and the y-value is 1 then if you plug it in it ends up being 1=0(5)+b.
    Therefore, b=1. b is the y-intercept.
so the final equation is y=1???
