Draw the line x-2y=4, then all the points which satisfy x-2y<= 4, lie on or
above the line.

Draw the line x=1, then all the points which satisfy x>=1 lie on or to the
right of the line.

Hence all points satisfying both the inequalities lie on or above x-2y=4 and
on or to the right of x=1.
