Math Help - function image?

    function image?

    I have this question, I don't quite know how to approach it :

    g : R → R

    g(x) = \frac {2x^2-x}{3x^2+x+1}

    I need to find Img(g) and determine if its one-to-one function.

    then it asks - what will happen to the image if we reduce the interval to [0,∞)

    This question really belongs in Calculus. This question is asking for the range of g. How do you normally go about finding the range?
