I identified the common function of the graph as a square root function, the original equation of this this is : [y = rad(x)]

2. Looks like a reflection in the y-axis therefore f(-x)

then a horizontal shift of +3 i.e f(x-3)

combine these with $f(x) = \sqrt{x}$

$y=\sqrt{-(x-3)} = \sqrt{3-x}$ in red
