    Post Roots of a cubic.

    the roots x,y,z of the equation x^3+ax+a\:=\;\boxed{0} where a is not equal to zero and real satisfy....
    \:\dfrac{a^2}{b} +\:\dfrac{b^2}{c} \:+\:\dfrac{c^2}{a} = \:\boxed{-8}
    then a =?
