A). Refer to your class notes or textbook on how to draw graphs of curves defined using polar coordinates.

B). $r = \frac{6}{2 - \sin \theta} \Rightarrow 2r - r \sin \theta = 6 \Rightarrow 2 \sqrt{x^2 + y^2} - y = 6 \Rightarrow 2 \sqrt{x^2 + y^2} = 6 + y$.

Now square both sides and simplify to get would should be a familiar relation.
