3: f(x) = x^2+3x/x^2+x-6
4: f(x) = 5(x+4)/x^2+x-12
5: f(x) = x^2-16/x-4

To find the domain, think about values you can't put into the function. This also determines vertical asymptotes unless it can be factored out. If that is the case, then you have a hole in the graph.
