    f(x)= f(x+1)-2 so f(0)= f(0+1)-2= f(1)-2
    but f(1)=3
    so f(0)=3-2=1

    we have two point on the line
    f(0)=1, and f(1)=3
    Linear function y=a*x+b
    when f(0)=1 --> 1=a*0+b so b=1
    when f(1)=3 --> 3=a*1+b so 3 = a+1
    we got a=2

    the linear function is y=2x +1
