Swap each corresponding row and column.

I.e. Row 1 becomes Column 1 and vice versa

Row 2 becomes Column 2 and vice versa

etc etc etc

For Pete's sake .... this is a definition that is surely given in your class notes and/or textbook. And Google lists many websites that give the answer. MHF is not a website for providing answers to people who are not willing to make any effort.
