    Exclamation Vectors w/ 2 points !

    Write the ordered pair notation of the vector that points from
    C(17, -18) to B(17, -32). Find the ||CB|| and its direction.

    The staionary vector pointing from the origin to C is \vec c = \overrightarrow{OC} = (17, -18) and similarily \vec b = (17, -32)

    The vector \overrightarrow{CB} = \vec b - \vec c = (17, -32)-(17, -18) = (0,-14)

    Obviously it's length is 14 and it has the direction of the negative y-axis.
