    Question Functions

    You have to paint the top of a circular table. What formula will you use to express the amount of paint required as a function of the radius?

    What assumptions did you make when finding the formula?

    You will need to know the coverage of the paint (how many square metres can be painted with 1 litre of paint). Then you will need to know the area of a circle as a function of the radius.
