Converting to Q = ae^kt form

Converting to Q = ae^kt form
Q = 4 * 8^1.3t

How would I convert this into Q = ae^kt form?

The answer in the back of the book says Q = 4e^2.703t but I have tried everything and couldn't get the same answer. Please help me with this problem.

Dear krzyrice,

If $e^{x}=8\Rightarrow{x=ln8}$

Substituting in your equation,

$Q=4e^{x(1.3t)}$

$Q=4e^{ln8(1.3t)}$

Since $ln8=2.079\Rightarrow{1.3ln8=2.70}$

Therefore, $Q=4e^{2.70t}$
