I need help with this problem and my book is no help at all. Here is the problem:

A graph of the given function can be obtained by y=x^2 by both a vertical stretch or shrink and by a horizontal shrink or stretch. Identify the shrink and strech factors:

y=9x^2

your vertical stretch y'=9y
and your horizonal is x'=3x
<only one of them is needed>
