1.) y = mx + b:

2y = 2 + x

y = 1 + (1/2)*x

Or, y = (1/2)*x + 1; you should be able to figure this out now.

2.) The slope is underfined when the line is vertical:

x = -6

3.) Hint: slope is change in y over the change in x
