Not sure what im doing wrong here,

1.Find the components of the vector with length = 1.00 and angle =10.0 with respect to the x axis as shown.

i solved for 1cost(10), 1sin(10) but its saying my answer is incorrect..

2.Find the components of the vector with length = 1.00 and angle =10.0 with respect to the x axis as shown.

3.Find the components of the vector with length = 1.00 and angle 25.0 as shown.

The components of $\displaystyle \vec{A}$ are
$\displaystyle a\cos\alpha$ and $\displaystyle a\sin\alpha$
along $\displaystyle Ox$ and $\displaystyle Oy$ respectively. So that's $\displaystyle \cos10^o=0.9848$ and $\displaystyle \sin10^o = 0.1736$, correct to 4 d.p.

If the answer you've been given is different from this, then either the answer or the question is wrong!

In a similar way, the components of $\displaystyle \vec{B}$ along $\displaystyle Ox$ and $\displaystyle Oy$ are:
$\displaystyle b\cos\beta$ and $\displaystyle b\sin\beta$, respectively
and the components of $\displaystyle \vec{C}$ are:
$\displaystyle -c\sin\phi$ and $\displaystyle c\cos\phi$, respectively
