i solved for 1cost(10), 1sin(10) but its saying my answer is incorrect..

The components of $\displaystyle \vec{A}$ are

along $\displaystyle Ox$ and $\displaystyle Oy$ respectively. So that's $\displaystyle \cos10^o=0.9848$ and $\displaystyle \sin10^o = 0.1736$, correct to 4 d.p.

If the answer you've been given is different from this, then either the answer or the question is wrong!
