Thread: Wording of a question: Inequalities

Hi All,

I have an issue with a wording of a question: It says 2 parts:
a) Sketch the graph of y = |2x-1|

This is easy enough but the next part:

b) solve the inequality |2x-1| <= 2 and check your result by examining the graph of y = |2x-1|

I think this means all the real numbers between -1 and 3 but if that is the case, how do you right this as an answer? Number line or descriptive as I just said.

Also am I on the right track?
