I can't graph it on here but you have to use that information to graph the function...

For example, using information such as f'(2) = 0, says there is either a local max/min at x = 2, you have to determine which by seeing what f(x) is at that point and how it changes concavity (using the second derivatives). And then you have information such as f(somevalue) = some y-value... and so forth.
