Stretching/Skewing functions to fit an area

I have developed four equations for two functions for a logo. There are 2 functions in the logo, and i have modeled both of them using a quadratic equation and a sine function. The logo is 7.15cm x7.15cm, and i need to stretch the function to fit a logo 2x its size so 14.3cm x 14.3cm. Also i need to fit the logo on a business card that is 9cm x5cm. How do i stretch & modify my functions without destorting the image. (SEE GRAPH BELOW)
