    Graphing the solution?

Can someone explain to me how to graph the solution?

Graph the solution to the following system of inequalities.
    X+4y≤8
    2x-y>4

frist solve each equations without the inequality but with an = sign

then pick a point on one of the sides of the equation and see it will work for the inequality if it works shade that side other wise shade the other side

    repeat for the other equation

where the shades are over each other is the solution

at least this is a graphic solution
