    Partial Fraction decomposition

    I am having trouble with this. I am following the directions in my book, but it doesn't work.

    Find the partial fraction decomposition for the rational expression.
    3x+38/x^2+8x+7

    I got this answer and it was wrong:
    B= 35/6 and A+ - 17/6

    How does everyone have their problems posted so nicely, how do you do that?

    Opps!

    The reason I was having a hard time was because I had written down the wrong number. It is 8x+38 in the numerator not 3x+38.
