The area of the triangle PQR is calculated by:

$a = \dfrac12 \cdot |\overline{PQ}| \cdot |\overline{PR}| \cdot \sin(Q)$

Plug in the values you know and solve for sin(Q). Keep in mind that Q > 90°.
