I don't think thats factor-able. There are no integer numbers that multiply to give you 1 and add up to 1. It does have imaginary roots, but unless you've dealt with finding the square root of a negative number, you shouldn't need to worry about that.
OK thanks for the info ill just tell my teacher its unsolvable and write what you said.

Complete the square and show that to proceed further would require taking the square root of -1 .. or if you know the quadratic formula show that the discriminant is negative. CB
